As a mental health coach, she worked with many members who have expressed anxiety and depression. Her focus is helping people through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which has shown faster results than other therapeutic techniques which proves useful to those with busy schedules. She listens to our members and asks questions to help them find solutions and develop strategies to improve their lives and cope with difficult situations.
